La Jefa

La Jefa is the BOSS LADY! (pronounced: La He-fa)
She is a seamless loose lace sweater constructed in a simple but unusual way. It is worked flat in two halves and then joined together with back and side panels. The pattern includes detailed construction illustrations... and a lot of support!

La Jefa is part of the [Novus Collection][5], which also includes Hot Flash, Las Cruces Sweater.

US Size 5 [3.75 mm] 32 inch or longer circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge (for sleeves and body)
Spare US Size 5 [3.75 mm] needle, or size needed to obtain gauge (for back)
US Size 5 [3.75 mm] 40 inch or longer circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge (for collar)
Note: Using needles with a sharp tip will be VERY helpful.
Tapestry needle
Scrap yarn and 3.75 mm crochet hook (for provisional cast on)
