Cuentas Collar
This unique statement piece boasts five strands of I-Cord, alternating between beaded and bare cords. Strands are connected with a nifty multi strand slide clasp which means Cuentas Collar will stay put no matter how wild your dance moves are.

100 yards [91 meters] Sport or DK weight yarn
Yarn I Used:
Erika Knight, Studio Linen; (85% viscose (recycled linen), 15% linen; 131 yd [120 m]/ 1.8 oz [50 g]); Remnant
2 US Size 2 [2.75 mm] double-pointed needles, or size needed to obtain gauge
OR
One 3-stitch I-cord tool
5-strand slide clasp
Tapestry needle
Aleene’s Fabric Fusion Adhesive (optional)
Optional Beads
50 grams Size 6/0 Japanese Seed Beads
(approx. 17 g each of 3 colors)
Dental Floss threader (for stringing on beads)
GAUGE
8 rows = 1 inch of unbeaded I-cord, blocked
9 rows = 1 inch of beaded I-cord, blocked (2 beads every other row)
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Approx. 15 inches [38 cm] around, easily adjustable (see notes)
