Who wants to Dualola? I do! You do! November Lola’s Choice Kit is all about Embellishing your knits! You know Lola - she's always got a trick or two up her sleeve. And this pattern set is no different.
The headband's got a twist that’ll complement your eyes with an integrated braided edge that will warm your ears. And the mitts practically knit themselves - with a thumb that's a total afterthought (but in the best way possible).
Now, for the two ways you can embroider your beads: The first option is all about free-form fun on your knits — just eyeball it and go. The second involves a washaway stabilizer (basically, you trace and stick it onto your knit before you go wild with the embellishment). I'm hoping all you creative souls out there bring your A-game and make these knits your own! I can’t wait to see what you do!

Headband- 80 (95, 110) yards [73 (87, 101) meters] DK weight yarn
Mitts- 85 (100, 115) yards [78 (91, 105) meters] DK weight yarn

BC Garn, Loch Lomond GOTS (100% wool; 164 yd [150 m]/ 1.76 oz [50 g])
Headband-
US Size 6 [4 mm] needles, or size needed to obtain gauge
Mitts-
US Size 6 [4 mm] double-pointed needles or 1 long circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
US Size 5 [3.75 mm] double-pointed needles or 1 long circular needle, or one size smaller than needed to obtain gauge
Both Patterns- Tapestry needle, removable stitch marker, scrap yarn, embroidery supplies

Palm circumference: 6.5 (7.25, 8) inches [17, (18.5, 20) cm] Choose the size closest to your palm circumference.

Headband- 20 sts x 24 rows = 4”/10 cm in stockinette stitch, blocked
