Half Life is a triangular version of Laura’s square lace shawl, Life Cycle from her Craftsy Class, Lace from the Inside Out. Half Life can be knit in either Fingering, Light Fingering or Lace weight yarn, all you need to do is get gauge! Worked from the top down starting with a garter tab Half Life is a study of double sided lace stitches that flow seamlessly from one section to the next. The stitches for Half Life are both charted and written out, to help you grow both your lace knitting and chart reading skills!
Materials
Small- 725 yards Fingering or Lace Weight Yarn
Large- 1000 yards Fingering or Lace Weight Yarn
Yarn Used: Wollmeise, Lacegarn; (100% superwash merino; 1722 yd [1575 m]/ 300 g): Petersilie
Fingering Weight- US size 5 [3.75 mm] circular needles, 24 and 40 inches long, or size needed to obtain gauge
Lace Weight- US size 4 [3.5 mm] circular needles, 24 and 40 inches long, or size needed to obtain gauge
Both Weights- Tapestry needle, Removable stitch markers
