Chubby Puppy is a simple little stuffie that is worked in the round and is virtually seamless. The pattern includes lots of tips for stuffing knit toys. If you've never knit a toy before this is a great pattern to start with!
Materials
Schaefer Yarn Nichole (80% extrafine merino wool SUPERWASH, 20% nylon; 5 oz [140 g] / 405 yds [370 m]) 1/2 skein or 200 yards other heavy fingering yarn
Set of 5 double pointed needles, US size 2 [2.75 mm], or size needed to obtain gauge
2 st holders (or short lengths of embroidery floss)
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle
Stuffing (approximately 1.5 oz [45 g])
1 hank of embroidery floss (black or the color of your choice)
Bit of pink embroidery floss (optional)
Size
11 inches tall
Gauge
28 sts / 40 rows = 4 inches in st st in the round
