Winterlude was designed and knit for the 2010 Winter Knitting Olympics. Worked from the bottom up with increases on each edge this triangluar shape lace shawl incorporates BOTH lace and cables on a ribbed base. As with all my designs the pattern is both charted and written out. The "really cool loopy i-cord" edging I devised for this piece can be worked with, or without, beads.
