Beignet
Beignet is Adorn's September knitted jewelry design. With a donut as a focal point, this beaded i-cord necklace explores the elegant simplicity of knitted jewelry. Worked from the bottom up, the cast on is wrapped around the donut integrating it seamlessly into the design. A link to a private video is supplied with the pattern to help you master this cast on!
Materials
15 yards of fingering weight yarn
(Yarn Used: Shibui Knits, Sock; Wasabi)
2 US Size 1 [2.5 mm] double pointed needles
Size 8 glass seed beads, approx. 5 grams
Donut- stone, wood, glass
(Used: Cinnamon Ring from Jul Designs)
Toggle Clasp
Super Floss or .55 mm crochet hook for placing beads
Tapestry Needle
